I’m drawn to portraiture as a way of engaging with people and the realities of their everyday lives. Each portrait begins with conversation and trust, creating space for individuals to be seen on their own terms. Through this process, I aim to respect personal agency, complexity, and presence, highlighting the distinct ways people inhabit the world.
